Conference Registration

Registration is now open for the JCDL 2008 conference as well as for tutorials and workshops. If you have any questions regarding registration, please send an email to Ed Galloway, JCDL 2008 Registration Chair.

To register for the conference, you have two choices:

1. You can register online if paying with a major credit card.

2. You can register by downloading the paper form (pdf) and mailing or faxing it to the JCDL 2008 Registrar. Your method of payment can be by check, money order, wire transfer, or credit card.

After you have registered and received your confirmation, you can edit your information if necessary. To do so, make note of your confirmation reference number and visit the JCDL 2008 Event Login website.

Discounts

There are discounts for members of IEEE, ACM, and ASIS&T. ASIS&T members should use the downloadable form. IEEE and ACM discounts are explained on both the online and downloadable forms.

Discount For Those Attending Both JCDL and Hypertext 2008

It’s an exciting year for conferences here in Pittsburgh. We’re hosting both JCDL and Hypertext 2008, which will run from June 19-21, 2008. If you’re attending JCDL and would like to register for Hypertext 2008, you can take advantage of a $100 discount ($50 discount for students) on your Hypertext registration.  Complete your registration for JCDL: once you have received your JCDL confirmation number, please  visit http://www.sigweb.org/ht08/registration.html to initiate your Hypertext registration. 

Tutorial and Workshop Registration

Registration for tutorials and workshops are now also available. If you completed your registration prior to this, you may wish to add these events to your schedule by visiting the JCDL 2008 Event Login website.

Conference Hotel

Remember to reserve your hotel room at the Omni William Penn Hotel, the site of the JCDL 2008 conference.
